Usage Instant Herbal Beverage Lemon 51 g
Mix ½ teaspoon (1.7g) with 200-240 ml of hot or cold water.
Enjoy this product within a balanced and varied diet, as part of a healthy, active lifestyle. Drink one or two glasses per day.
*It is recommended not to exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources ( 200 mg for pregnant or breast-feeding women).
A single dose of 200 mg caffeine should not be exceeded.
